North Fairview serves approximately 86,000 residents across a growing network of residential neighborhoods, commercial corridors, schools, public facilities, and intermittently explained movement.

Before Subject Metrics, valuable civic information remained distributed across traffic cameras, license-plate readers, code-enforcement systems, permit records, fleet observations, incident reports, and individual employees who occasionally remembered seeing something.

Authorized personnel could move from broad curiosity to a specific narrative without changing systems or repeatedly explaining why the curiosity had developed.

“Before Subject Metrics, our officers had to know what they were looking for,” said the city’s Deputy Interim Assistant Chief. “Now the platform can help establish that for us.”

Measurable visibility

During the initial deployment period, North Fairview reported:

From isolated events to complete context
